Telecel launches e-mail Customer Support

From December 13 on, Telecel’s Customers will have another way to contact Customers’ Support Service and Data Support Group and Fax, that is, they can use the electronic mail facilities to ask their questions and clear their doubts.

With this new service Telecel wants to meet the needs of those who prefer to send their requests for information through an electronic mean. A specialised team does attendance and answers to the messages left by the customers.

This way, any Customer who wants to clear a doubt or wants to obtain additional information on subjects related to Telecel’s service in general or on his particular case, may, from now on, send a message to 1212@telecel.pt.

If the question to be asked is directly related to the Data Mobile Services, Fax Mobile or Written Messages, the address is 1214@telecel.pt.
